Do I need special hardware?
No! VetPOP works with your existing phone system. We support VoIP providers, traditional landlines, and even cell phones. If your phone has caller ID, VetPOP can enhance it with rich patient data.
How does VetGuard™ fraud protection work?
When you flag a client as high-risk (unpaid bills, fraud, aggressive behavior), that information is anonymously shared with other VetPOP practices in your region. You'll get instant alerts when flagged numbers call, protecting your team and revenue while maintaining client privacy.
Is my patient data secure?
Absolutely. VetPOP uses bank-level encryption (AES-256) and is fully compliant with data protection regulations. We're SOC 2 certified, and all patient data stays within your ezyVet system—we only access it in real-time during calls, nothing is permanently stored on our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! We offer month-to-month billing with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective immediately. We're confident you'll see the value, but you're never locked in.
What's the difference between Essential and Professional?
Essential gives you instant caller ID, full ezyVet integration, and basic fraud protection. Professional adds revenue opportunity detection, VetGuard™ community fraud alerts, advanced analytics, granular role permissions, and priority support. Most single-location clinics choose Professional for the revenue opportunities feature alone.
Do you support multi-location practices?
Yes! Our Enterprise tier is specifically designed for corporate groups. You get centralized management, cross-location analytics, intra-network fraud alerts (instant warnings when flagged clients call ANY of your locations), SSO login, and a dedicated account manager. Perfect for 3+ locations.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to all Professional tier features for 14 days, no credit card required. We'll help you connect ezyVet, set up your team, and start seeing results immediately. After the trial, you can downgrade to Essential or upgrade to Enterprise—totally up to you.
